We kicked off 2017 with our Rescue season. Yet again we were blown away by the sacrificial generosity of the Grace family. It helped us to step further into the mission God has called us to, to see many find life in God.

  • We gave a $100k gift to Project Moroto, led by Jayne Bailey, to help extend the ongoing work in the North East of Uganda. This money will be used to help provide further dormitory living for orphans.

City Campus

  • 2017 we paid off our mortgage for Tuam Street
  • Developed the City Campus Cafe
  • Opened unit 5 at Ferry Road, providing additional space for:
    • Kids and Youth on Sunday
    • Alpha
    • Ministry Training hub
  • Upgraded the toilets at 150 Ferry Road

Beach Campus

  • Beach cafe was refurbished:
    • New lighting & sound equipment
    • New coffee machine & heatpump installed
    • More storage units in preparation for further renovations beginning this year

Plains and Pegasus Campus

  • Continued resourcing and building up of equipment to better serve our congregations in North Canterbury
